Hello! My name is Amanda and I’m 32 years old. I am currently looking to move into a place by July 1st as I’m renting a room elsewhere currently and my lease will me up next month. I have two jobs. I work as an operations manager at a CVS Sunday through Tuesday (varies between morning and evening shifts) and I work as an independent nail tech in Thousand Oaks Wednesday through Saturday From around 9am-7pm. I work every day of the week so I’m never really home. I’m super clean and responsible. I do have an emotional support cat so I’m not sure if pets are allowed. She’s 10 years old so she’s older and she keeps to herself and stays in my room. During my free time I like to garden and bake. I also like to watch birds. Thank you so much!
