I currently reside east of Bskersfield. I am looking to rent a bedroom and private bathroom that is furnished or unfurnished in a house rather than apartment with a yard that is pet friendly as I have a small dog I also am seeking a safe and quiet neighborhood. I actually am open to relocating outside of Kern County. My preference would be to live with one other person who also lives a healthy lifestyle.
