I work on Rover while looking for a new legal/admin job in Louisville. I have an associates in legal studies from Sullivan University. Can provide Rover profile link with reviews. The benefits are that I am not home often and just need a room when I’m not booked and do not use many utilities. Most clients book me for house-sitting their dogs.

Will always share monthly bills but prefer an all inclusive monthly rent. Long term lease. I have options for 2 different co-signers with great income history and credit if needed. Also flexible to start a new lease with other roommate(s) to save on rent!
