I turn 55 in July ’26. I am going through seperation/divorce and am moving back to my native coastal SoCal from Phoenix, after over 9 years away. I need a sanctuary to heal and grow in for a few years, or longer if I mesh well with my new roommate.

I prefer my own en-suite bathroom, private bathroom at minimum.

I currently work fully remote and have been with my company since Sept 2020. I prefer a home office in my bedroom sanctuary, but will work in-office (near South Coast Plaza) for the right roommate and home environment fit.

I am open to a furnished or unfurnished room.

I am a pet person but don’t have one of my own.

I became an empty nester in 2012, my daughter lives in Denver.

1. I am quiet and introverted, socially awkward. 2. I get along with everyone and never meet a stranger. These are both true statements about me!

I like tidy but am not OCD. Freshly laundered white sheets that smell of bleach? Yes, that makes me want to snuggle in with my Kindle.
