I’m a responsible, respectful, and easygoing person looking for a peaceful place to live in the Bryan–College Station area. I have a background in construction, restoration, and skilled trades, and I spend most of my time working on projects, studying, or planning my next steps.

I keep common areas clean, respect other people’s space, and believe in open communication. I’m not interested in partying or creating drama. My goal is to find a stable, positive living environment where everyone can live comfortably and respectfully.
