My name is Cruz, I’m a 20yo student who mostly keeps to himself, but I’m always happy to get to know the people I’m living with and make sure the energy stays positive. I’m in college right now but I have a co-signer (family member) who can help me out with the usual financial renter requirements and who would be helping me to pay my rent until I can start paying it myself. Friends would describe me as laid back and that’s how I see myself too. I like keeping my space clean, I don’t bring people over often and sometimes I cook.

I’m into psychology, photography, and I love exploring food and music alike. I’m a very down to earth and conscious person.

I would appreciate some more info about the rental setup you got going on and I’d like to set up a day to come check out the room and apartment in person when you have the time to show it.
