’m looking for a furnished summer sublease/private room in San Francisco from approximately June 5 – August 22. About me: • Penn State student interning in the Financial District this summer • Clean, respectful, quiet, non-smoking • No pets • Will mostly be working during weekdays (hybrid schedule) • Looking for a safe, comfortable, and clean living environment Preferred areas: FiDi, Hayes Valley, Mission Bay, Inner Sunset, NOPA, SoMa, Duboce Triangle, Twin Peaks, Richmond, or anywhere with a reasonable commute to FiDi. Budget: Ideally around $1200–1500 including utilities (flexible for the right place). Would prefer: • Furnished room/apartment • In-unit laundry preferred • Easy access to Muni/BART • Female roommates preferred but open to options
