Hi! I’m Sandra, I’m a sophomore Business Administration student and stepping into a business development internship at a tech consultancy downtown.

I’m looking for a July 1st or August 1st sublease in any of these neighbourhoods in lower Manhattan, especially; Lower East Side, the East Village, the West Village, SoHo, or Chelsea.

Between work and full time classes, I’ll be running a very active, out of house schedule, where I’ll usually only be home on weekday nights as I like to go out during the weekends. I’m communicative, tidy, and respectful of personal boundaries and quiet hours.
