I am looking for a community-minded household or mature, communicative people around my age to rent a house with, preferably other queer and trans folks (no cishet men and no homeowners, please). I come with a friendly but rambunctious indoor cat (ESA) and a good number of plants, not too much furniture but happy to go in on purchasing things to fill out a home. I am sober but comfortable having substances in the house as long as they aren’t stored out in the common areas. I have a stable job and hobbies including outdoorsy activities, growing things, combat sports, and amassing piles of library books I will definitely get around to reading. I am handy at household/yard tasks, use the kitchen frequently, tidy after myself often, and need to be on the same page with housemates around cleanliness and chores to be happy at home. I commute to the Eastside for work so would like to stay near the highways, very possibly could be convinced to stray outside of Seattle for a really good fit. My move date is flexible through August, midway through September at the very latest. Please reach out with any questions!
