Hi, my name is Felipe. I recently moved to Omaha for a new job opportunity, and I’m looking for a private room or a roommate situation, preferably month-to-month or short-term at first.

I’m clean, respectful, responsible, and easy to live with. I work full-time, so I’m mostly focused on work and getting settled in the area. I don’t smoke, I’m quiet, and I like to keep common areas clean and organized.

I’m not looking for party housing. I’m looking for a comfortable, safe place with respectful people. Ideally, I’d like to start month-to-month for the first couple of months, and if everything works well, I’d be open to staying longer.

My budget is flexible depending on the location and what’s included.
