Hi everyone,

I’m a 27-year-old male looking for a room, shared accommodation, basement, or affordable apartment in Virginia Beach.

I recently accepted a new job and my work location will be near the Town Center / Pembroke area of Virginia Beach. I’ll be working a hybrid schedule (3 days in office and 2 days telework), so I’m looking for something within a reasonable driving distance.

About me:

• No pets

• Clean, quiet, and respectful

• Only me moving in

• Have my own transportation

Budget: Around $600/month preferred

Move-in: Around second week of June (approximately)
