I’m a responsible working professional in IT at a local community college. I keep a pretty steady routine, don’t party, and try to keep the apartment calm, clean, and respectful. I’m friendly and easy to get along with, but I also value personal space and understand that everyone needs downtime at home.

The apartment would be a good fit for someone who wants a stable, low-drama living situation. I’m communicative about shared responsibilities, bills, and house expectations, and I’d like to live with someone who is similarly respectful, considerate, and comfortable sharing common spaces.

I also have an older dog, Mia, who is house-trained and very bonded to me. She can be nervous with new people at first, so patience and comfort around dogs would be important.
