hello, i am urgently looking to move out of my moms house. I had to move back in for school but can’t stand it actually! very hard worker, great saving, great credit. and two years of renting history. i have instruments so i am looking for an actual house to rent. I don’t party, or have many friends. if you want to be besties or only communicate through a chart i don’t mind either way. unwilling to do your dishes but will cook because I already meal prep. I am great at finances and will help if you are new to adulthood.
