Hi I’ve been in the city almost a year having moved with my sister from Texas. Well she’s going back and I’m not haha! I’m living off savings while waiting for a my hybrid-remote position to start with Mt. Sinai but our lease is up June 30th. I prefer to cook at home, keep things tidy, and I’m sensitive to smells so I’ve been known to put a little extra elbow grease in. Never lived alone and barely had my own bathroom for a few years so I’m used to sharing respectfully with others and just looking for the same in return. I’ve been in healthcare for 15 years and I love architecture (art deco!), film scores, and plants.
