I’m a 22-year-old office worker with a stable income, looking for a room in North County (San Marcos, Oceanside, Vista, Carlsbad).

My schedule is very specific: I leave for work early around 4:30 AM, and at evenings/nights I do remote work. My peak active hours are 2:00PM-10:00PM. I use a professional audio setup and speak at a normal conversational volume, but I need roommates who are completely cool with a late-night schedule (fellow night owls, gamers, or deep sleepers). A layout with good privacy or a separate entrance is a huge plus.
