I lived on Long Island years ago before coming back to Michigan for my mother. She passed away a few days ago and I’m expected to vacate the apartment we shared by Saturday, June 6. I would love to return to Long Island; I like the easy access to New York City (where I also lived for over 15 years) and the ocean beaches. I took time off work to stay home and care for her, so I wouldn’t have a job lined up quite yet. That said, I’m an extremely diligent job searcher and can pay several months in advance. I’m single, quiet and clean, non-smoker, no kids, no pets.
