My name is Magdalena, I’m 27 years old and I’m from Switzerland. I will be moving to Miami from August 2026 until August 2027 because I’m doing a one-year internship at a real estate company. A little bit about me: I’m an open-minded, positive and respectful person. I love meeting new people, discovering new places, going out for coffee or dinner, but I also appreciate a calm and clean home where everyone feels comfortable. I’m very organized, responsible and always make sure to respect other people’s space.

I have lived with roommates before, so I know how important good communication, cleanliness and consideration are. Financially everything is already planned and secure, so there won’t be any issues regarding rent.
