Moved to LA in April and staying temporarily free in a friend’s home but looking for more long-term accommodations as I establish myself in the area. I am willing to room with a male around my age if we get along, but I would rather room with other women first. No pets, non-smoker, no drugs or alcohol. Just a hard worker who keeps to myself seeking a room in a house or apartment.
