Hello! We’re a friendly couple looking for housing beginning ideally in August (July or September works too). I’m a biochemistry student at UCSD and he’s a mechanical engineering grad student at SDSU. We’re looking for housing near a bus route to UCSD, ideally in the UTC, Mira Mesa, or Clairemont areas. We’re open to joining an existing lease, a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment with roommate(s), a master bedroom in a house, or apartment or house hunting with a group Our budget is around $1600 + utilities. We’re both clean, respectful, and easygoing roommates. We value open communication and keeping shared spaces tidy. We’re non-smokers, okay with shared common spaces, and pet-friendly.
