I’m a tidy and thoughtful person. A former PhD student at USC, (while on the market for a professor job) I work full time as a live typewriter poet in Balboa Park and in private venues. This has been a successful and growing enterprise (but for now it’s been good to keep my housing overhead low). I keep my spaces clean and aesthetically presentable. I’m a nice conversationalist. I have nice friends. I’m a pleasant member of my communities. Ideally, I would like to room with a fellow artist(s) but I’m open to other great folks.
