I’m a seasoned professional, semi-retired but still working in the design industry as a researcher.

Originally, from Alaska, but I have lived in Germany, the UK and Japan. Brooklyn, New York was home for 20 + years and am returning to the borough after spending 6-months in the mountains of Ecuador.

My ideal space and housemate: Occasionally, I work on research projects that require using a blank wall or large desk space. My ideal space would have at least one large window, plenty of natural light and room for a twin bed, a large work desk and a free wall.

I’m looking for a friendly, mature and responsible female housemate with excellent communication skills who is also clean, tidy and a non-smoker. Someone who has traveled a bit, maintains a peaceful home and who is also respectful of other’s space and privacy. I am open to living with small pets like guinea pigs, rabbits, or fish and love maintaining outdoor bird feeders or garden space.
