Hi, I am 32 year old gay male, looking to rent a room with anyone. I am a graduate student at UOP, going for my school psychologist credential. I am currently in an internship at a charter school. I need a place to stay for a year until my credential is cleared in May of 2027. I am looking for a furnished room, so I can stay for the week and leave on Fridays and weekends to drive back to Stockton, CA. I am very organized, clean, and quiet. I do not smoke, drink, or party. My intentions of renting a room are to sleep and work until my graduate program is finished. I am involved in volunteer organizations such as Assoc. of Filipino American Educators and Kiwanis/Key Club. I am friendly and kind towards people and I occasionally enjoy company.
