A little bit about me - I recently relocated from the Washington, DC area to San Diego for a promotion with Amazon Web Services, where I work as an Account Executive managing enterprise healthcare, biotech, and life sciences accounts throughout the San Diego area. My office is at Campus Point Drive in La Jolla, so I’m looking for properties close to work.

I’m 25 years old (in a couple of weeks), have multiple years of positive rental history, and maintain a strong credit score. I’d be happy to provide income verification, offer letters, or any additional information that would be helpful.

Lifestyle-wise, I keep things pretty quiet and low-key. I work a hybrid schedule and spend a good amount of time either working, traveling for work, or staying active outside of work, so I’d really value living with other professionals who have a similar respectful and relaxed environment.
