I’m a quiet and independent person, you’ll mostly find me in my room journaling, painting, playing games, or listening to music. I keep a personal cleaning schedule for both my own space and shared areas, and I clean up after myself without being asked. No pets, no kids, no partners in and out. I’m planning to return to school, so my lifestyle is pretty low-key. I’m looking for a roommate who values independence and straightforward communication. I have some past credit challenges but I’m happy to offer first, last, and an increased deposit upfront. I’m LGBT, cannabis, and smoker friendly. I’m hoping to stay 12 months or more, my move in date is September but I can be flexible.
