Fulbright researcher seeks furnished room, Aug–Dec, Twin Cities

Hi! I’m Julija, 36, a PhD researcher from Germany coming to the Twin Cities on a Fulbright scholarship from August through December 2026 — so a reliable, tidy housemate for exactly 5 months. I study urban agriculture and food justice, which means I’m genuinely excited about this region’s community gardens and food scene. I get around by bike and on foot, love cooking, reading, crafts, dancing, and spending time outdoors. I work from home sometimes (dissertation mode!), so I keep things calm and respectful. What I’m looking for: an affordable furnished room and housemates who enjoy a friendly, open atmosphere — cooking together sometimes, sharing a laugh, keeping common spaces clean with a simple plan.
