For starters about myself, my name is Gabe, im 24 years old and trying to finish my culinary arts degree at CCSF. I work as a manager at a grocery store in newark full time when im not at school and im looking for housing in a midway point between my commute. Other then that, people who know me describe me as a people person. I have no doubt that if you guys chose to meet me in person, we would get along well.

I dont party, smoke, or drink in the house (unless yall wanna) and prefer to do friend events outside of my living space. The only noise I really forsee me making is when I practice cooking for school and for your compensation you guys get to try out my food.

I have proof of my salary that I can provide if requested and can pay the security deposit.
