Hi! My name is [Ashér], I’m 24 and currently looking for a calm, clean, and respectful living situation. I’d describe myself as very organized, tidy, and easygoing. I genuinely enjoy keeping a peaceful and comfortable home environment and appreciate things being clean, quiet, and well-kept.

I’m very open-minded and easy to get along with. I’m okay with roommates of any gender as long as they’re around my age and respectful of shared spaces. I’m also okay if you smoke, as long as the home stays respectful and considerate of one another.

I enjoy a balance of having personal space while also building a friendly roommate dynamic if it happens naturally. It would be lovely to become friends with my roommate! I enjoy simple things like movie nights, cooking together now and then, or just creating a cozy, positive home environment.

I’m completely okay with friends coming over, as long as things stay respectful and relatively quiet. I value communication and consideration in shared living.

I also like keeping food and snacks organized and labeled so everyone knows what belongs to who and things stay simple and stress-free.

My budget is around $800–$1,000/month. I also have a cat who is very important to me, and all of his paperwork, vaccines, and records are fully up to date.
