Hi! I’m a 23-year-old female looking for a clean and calm roommate situation. I’m planning to move into a small studio or shared space with a budget between $900–$1,000 per month. I’m very clean, respectful, and easygoing, and I value a peaceful living environment.

I enjoy reading, budgeting, cooking, and spending quiet time at home. I don’t smoke myself, but I’m okay if my roommate smokes respectfully outside or in their own room.

I’m completely okay with labeling food and snacks so we both know what belongs to who. I’d also love to become friends with my roommate if possible and have a comfortable, positive home environment.

I’m okay with either gender as long as they’re around my age range. I enjoy cooking and would be happy to cook together sometimes. I’m also okay with having friends over occasionally as long as things don’t get too loud or disruptive.

I’m hoping to start fresh and possibly begin school soon, so I’d love to live with someone who values a comfortable and drama-free home.
