Hi! I’m looking for a chill, respectful roommate to rent a house with starting around July 1. I’m hoping to create a peaceful, comfortable home environment with someone who is fairly clean, considerate, and more on the introverted/low-key side rather than a big partier.

I have a son who will be with me part-time (about 50% of the time). Depending on the house layout, he may stay in my room or ideally have his own room when he’s here. I’m very mindful about keeping the home calm and respectful for everyone living there.

I work hard, value good communication, and enjoy a cozy, positive atmosphere at home. Looking for someone responsible, drama-free, and easy to live with who also wants a stable and comfortable place to call home.
