Yes I am looking for private bedroom and private bathroom in a house while having access to kitchen and living room. I am private, very quiet and a homebody. I am responsible and am willing to do yard work, i.e., mowing the lawn, watering etc. I am retired and am looking for a quiet place with a yard as I have a dog and an indoor cat. Also my sister who I am very close with lives in Palm Coast.
