Hi, my name is Eric. I’m 23 and moving to the Goshen/Middletown area for work. I’ll be working full-time, so I’m looking for a clean, respectful, and comfortable place to live with roommates.

I’m easygoing, responsible, and respectful of shared spaces. I like keeping things clean and organized, and I’m looking for roommates who are also considerate and reliable. I’m pretty laid-back, but I also value having a peaceful home environment during the week.

Ideally, I’m looking for a room or roommate situation within about 20–30 minutes of Goshen. I’m open to Goshen, Middletown, Chester, Warwick, Monroe, Florida, or nearby areas. I do have two cars, so parking availability is important to me.

I’m hoping to find a place that’s affordable, safe, and a good fit with normal, respectful people.
