I am retired and looking for a room to rent with other men. I prefer no pets. I enjoy watching movies or listening to podcasts at home. I am quiet and private but I like being a homebody. I hardly drink or have guests around. I don’t use the kitchen too much, mostly later 8pm dinners. My needs are basic. I can set up direct debit regular payments and own my own car. Street parking is fine. I’m just looking for a quiet relaxed room mate who equally benefits from similar qualities. Thanks
