Late 40’s female looking for an unfurnished private room with a private bath and a parking spot. Looking for 6-12 month lease. Great credit and references. I don’t smoke/vape or do drugs and I’m a special occasion drinker. I am friendly, kind, quiet, respectful, and non-judgmental. I have a bit of an allergy to plug-in air fresheners, febreeze, and heavily scented candles so it would be nice to avoid those. No problems with detergents, cleaning products, perfume/cologne or essential oils. I prefer cooler temps so AC would be great if possible, but I’ve gotten through the last few OR summers without it so I can manage with fans. I absolutely love dogs, cats, birds, and all animals. Hobbies are hiking, swimming, kayaking, and reading.
