Hey there! I’m a 24-year-old corporate professional moving to the area at the end of June to start a full-time role as a Project Controls Engineer. My job operates on a hybrid schedule, so I’ll be working from the office a few days a week and working from home the rest of the time. I am looking to rent a private room with a private bathroom. My maximum budget is $1,300/month including all utilities (rent, electricity, water, and internet). I am primarily looking at great communities in the Herndon and Reston areas (especially around Reston Town Center or near the Silver Line Metro) to keep my commute to the office under 10 minutes.
