Hi! I’m Eri. I have a Yorkie named Duke, I like to stay up late, and I go to UNT. I like watching YouTube, reading, the outdoors (when the weather is nice), hanging out, and such. I prefer when the common areas stay neat.

I have a place in mind, but as it is an income-limited apartment (has cheaper rent!), you would either need to be a part time student or not a student, have a verifiable source of income for at least the past three months, etc. If there are other housing options you have in mind I’m open to them!
