I’m currently going through a temporary hardship season after experiencing the loss of my mother, a domestic violence divorce, and ongoing identity theft issues. I’m rebuilding my life from the ground up while continuing to work full-time and stay focused on stability. I’m looking for someone willing to rent a safe backyard or small piece of land where I can place a small shed setup similar to the photos attached. I will install flooring and keep everything clean, organized, and respectful. When I leave, the shed will remain yours to keep and use however you choose — guest space, storage, workspace, rental space, etc. ABOUT MY SETUP: • Budget: $300–$500 monthly • Length of stay: Up to 4 months • I do NOT need access to your home • I have my own electricity, generator, water sources, and supplies • I work full-time and stay to myself • Quiet, private, clean, and drama-free • I have 2 trained, well-behaved dogs • Looking near Aurora, Denver, Downtown, or close to light rail access for transportation I’m simply looking for a safe place to breathe, work, recover, and rebuild peacefully.
