Quiet, no nonsense, you probably wont even know I’m there half the time. I work 9-5 Mon-Fri. I do not smoke or drink. I have two neutered male cats. They do not spray and are not negotiable. Im not very social and don’t really like company or visitors so you don’t have to worry about that. I use an electric scooter to get back and forth to work so it will need a place to be parked inside. I charge it at work, not at home so no additional electric usage.
