Hi, I’m Erick! 👋 ​I am a full-time working professional in the tree care industry which keeps me active and out of the house during working hours.

I recently relocated to the area and am looking for a comfortable, respectful home to settle into.

I respect shared spaces and believe in keeping common areas tidy. I’m always proactive about doing my part to maintain a clean home.

​I have reliable stable & income so rent and utilities are always a top priority and paid right on time.

​When I’m not working, I’m usually pretty active. I love getting outside and lean toward a healthy, active lifestyle and prefer spending my weekends doing interactive activities rather than just lounging around.

​I’m hoping to find a relatively quiet, clean, and positive environment with a roommate (or roommates) who share a similar respect for a peaceful home base.
