I’m a 37 y.o. dude, moving to Portland from up the coast a ways for work. I don’t smoke or drink. I plan to work mornings, and shouldn’t be working nights. I don’t need a parking spot. My hobbies are jogging, watching old re-runs of Scrubs, and… that’s it. I’m pretty boring, no drama or parties.

Preferences/Requirements:

• I need to live reasonably close to public transportation options. I don’t mind a walk to a bus stop, but I do need some access.
• I’ve completed ID verification, would appreciate the same from potential roomies.
• I can’t live in a smoking household, which includes the devil’s lettuce. Drinking doesn’t bother me at all, unless you’re constantly getting BLEEP’d up.
• I’d prefer to live in a household without pets.
• I’m looking to add myself on to an existing lease or have a written room rental agreement with a property owner as a lodger.
• All of my successful shared living experiences have been with women, purely platonic, so that’s what I’m looking for now. I don’t bring overnight guests back to the apartment, and… most importantly, I never leave the seat up.
