Rain

I’m a transfer student starting at Evergreen in the fall. I don’t have a car so I want to be close to the bus lines to campus (32, 34, 9X)—my radius for what I consider “walking distance” is wide, but an easy commute to class is a priority. I’m nonbinary and happy to live with trans-friendly people of any gender. I’m not overly preoccupied with cleanliness but I generally like things to be tidy. I don’t have any allergies and I’m willing to live with pets. I’m usually pretty quiet. My hobbies include reading, running, walking, working out, making podfics, playing guitar/singing, sewing, and watching hockey. I work online. My budget is $1000/month including utilities. I’ve seen some apartments listed near the mall. I’m also open to moving into an unfurnished room in an established household if the timing and location are right. I have to move by the end of July.
