I work night shift Monday-Wednesday 6pm-6am so the majority of the time I will be out of your hair. I do not mind other guests unannounced as long as they do not enter where I sleep. I will typically be asleep or at work. Even during night-time hours off work days I mainly just do video editing stuff.
I have one cat and am transgender, so I require pet friendly + LGBTQ friendly places. Smoking + Cannabis OK even if I do not personally participate outside social invitation.
