Hi! My name is Katrina and I’m looking for a roommate/housemate and a place to live! I just got my first fulltime job up in the Folsom area, and would like to consider maybe living up there for potentially at least the first month of the job, hence this post.

I would absolutely love to be close with my roommate! I love making friends and bonding with people. If you just want a chill roommate who keeps to themselves, I can also do that too!

I am super chill with queer people, being queer myself. If you have any issue with LGBTQ+ people, we definetely should not room together.

About my habits! I sleep around 10-12 pm. As long as you aren’t too loud though it shouldnt be a big deal! I like having a set number of chores for me and for you. Your own room is your own to do with as you want. Shared spaces I’d like to keep reasonably clean. I also don’t mind picking up the slack when you are busy. I shower at night. As for when I cook, it absolutely depends on my schedule. Ill try not to cook after like 10 pm, unless its like a microwave meal or wont be too loud or smelly. I don’t mind pets but do not have any of my own. My parents have my childhood dog who i love dearly. I usually eat when i feel hungry but I do not really have a schedule. I eat on the go often. I can be both introverted and extroverted. I like having lots of time with the people I care about, but of course I also respect their boundaries and rights. I don’t think I’d have visitors over often. I don’t smoke, drink or consume pot. If that is something you do with frequency we might not jive! If you do hard drugs frequently I do not think we are compatible as housemates/roommates. I can sleep in any temperature but heat. (winter obviously i like the heat haha!) I am not an only child. And I lived in both singles and doubles during college and was not met with significant issues.

About me! Biggest 21 pilots nerd ever. I am more of the clancy/tyler (if you’re a fan that probably makes sense haha) I also love MCR and PTV and FOB! I am a fan of the Weeknd’s music. Into anime, tv, and movies. I love reading books as well! I have been on a Sci Fi kick recently, but I will read just about anything I can get my hands on. For movies and TV and anime: i love derry girls, aot, one piece, the summer hikaru died, Ted Lasso, The Pitt, the Haunting of Bly Manor I love making little trinkets for people that I love. I love listening to people. I love learning about people! I just think people are really cool! I can be very talkative but I am also happy to match vibes. If you want quiet, I will be quiet
