Me a and my small 15lb ‘Frenchie.’ Are quiet, respectable.

I like to keep to myself. I do light cooking, and at times meal prep. Otherwise, I am used to/and prefer, staying in my room. I “eat clean,” so any cooking I do is limited to simple ingredients, and more so I would benefit from a fridge space and cabinet space to grab my go to healthy snacks and pre-made grocery goods, rather than cook.

I currently live in San Pedro on 12th and Centre. Shared kitchen/bath. I am contained to my 187 sq ft studio, and this works just fine for me and my dog.

I travel a lot in my off time which are the weekends. My children are located in the Bay Area in Northern California, and live between there and the Carson Valley, Nevada Tahoe area. I go either direction to see them so I’m gone a lot. Vacation trips additionally bring me outside of the home dwelling, otherwise I’ll be comfortable vegetating in my room. Recharging.

I acquired this French Bulldog, that I share with my youngest son. So the dog goes to him in Northern California part-time. I take my dog with me anywhere I go, besides work. I work full-time Monday thru Friday 7am-3:30pm. However, I have a best friend that has been watching my Frenchie named ‘Bartholomew’ most days during my work hours.

My son is attached to the dog so I can’t just necessarily give him away and the unit that I’m in now does not allow pets.

..I love San Pedro (and South Bay) so much so, that I want to stay here. I’m new to LA (2 years).

P.s… I DO NOT drink, smoke, or do drugs of any kind. I go to sleep by 10:00 p.m. weekdays and 11:00 p.m. or 12:00 a.m. Friday and Saturday nights.

I am willing to pay more for a private entrance, and/or a small yard space area that would be great for my pet.

I’m excited and praying for what potentially will align for us and be the right selection, best fit for us both.
