I’m a college student (on gap year) and nationally award-winning musician relocating to Boston for a year to work and audition for conservatories in pursuit of my career in classical violin performance. I’m quiet, respectful, and value a clean and peaceful living environment. I keep to myself but I’m friendly and easy to get along with. I practice violin during reasonable hours and am always considerate of shared spaces. I’m responsible with rent/utility on-time payments, and I’m looking for a stable, long-term living situation starting in late August. I’d be grateful to join a calm, drama-free home.
