Hi! I’m Brax — a 40-year-old nonprofit executive relocating to Dayton in August to start law school at UD. I’ve worked in nonprofit leadership for the past 18 years and live a pretty grounded, respectful, and quiet lifestyle.

I’m outgoing and friendly, but at home I really value downtime, cleanliness, and personal space — especially with law school starting. Looking for a mature, responsible roommate who also appreciates a calm, clean living environment. Definitely not looking for a party house.
