My name is Jonny and will be living in the area from August 2026-2027.

I’m looking for a bedroom to rent, starting August 1st, with a private bathroom in a house or apartment.

I am also interested in teaming up with a professional to find a two bedroom/two bathroom apartment.

I’m an easygoing guy who mostly keeps to myself, but I’m always happy to socialize and get to know people. As a practicing artist and educator, I’ll be spending most of my time teaching and working in my studio space. I’m clean, respectful of shared spaces, and mindful of other people’s boundaries and routines.

I don’t have any pets, and I’m a non-smoker. That being said, I’m fine with having a roommate that smokes or has pets. Outside of teaching and making art, I enjoy hiking, camping, and swimming.
