Hey, I’m Ryan. I work in systems engineering / AV tech and keep a pretty steady routine. I’m clean, respectful, financially responsible, and easy to get along with. Most of my time is spent working, studying for certifications, going to the gym, or getting outdoors when I can. I’m not big on partying or bringing a ton of people over. I value a calm, drama-free living environment where everyone communicates well and respects shared spaces. I’m usually pretty quiet during the week and tend to keep to myself, but I’m friendly and down to hang occasionally too. I’m looking for roommates who are mature, considerate, reasonably clean, and reliable with rent/bills. Ideally looking for a place that feels peaceful and comfortable rather than chaotic.
