Newly emancipated! I can communicate effectively & am cooperative. I would dedicate my time to: (1) a part-time job in close vicinity, (2) study/building an online business on the side, (3) drumming (I’ll have an electric kit that’s silent & only ever play it during the day), (4) physical activity & (5) cleaning! (of course.) It takes me 5 minutes to cook my meals since I only eat animal products & fruit. I would like to bring my 2 fixed cats w/me from my parent’s. Wish I could bring my dog, but we’ll see. Don’t watch TV or use substances. I’m a no bs productive individual but don’t mind what you’re up to. Need some time to arrange a part-time role & the living space. I would like to be south of San Jose. My budget allows for $1,200 base rent if I share w/1 roommate, but I could go up to $2k w/2 or more roomies. This is assuming utilities are separate.
