Hi! I’m currently looking for a peaceful interim place in or near the Claremont Village area while I navigate a transition phase in life. I grew up around here and recently returned to spend more time near my aging parents as they settle into this next chapter.

My youngest son is preparing to head off to university in Los Angeles, and with so many transitions happening at once, I’m taking a little time to simplify, regroup, and decide where I’d ultimately like to purchase a home next.

I’m a mortgage broker and also work in real estate, so my schedule keeps me very busy. Prior to COVID, I owned a company overseas and spent many years living internationally. I’ve traveled extensively and experienced many different cultures and walks of life, which I think has made me a very laid-back, respectful, adaptable, and emotionally mature person.

I’m very into wellness, architecture, design, and lifestyle, and I genuinely appreciate calm, thoughtful, well-kept environments. Right now, I’m simply looking for something peaceful, low-stress, and affordable for a little while while I focus on work and prepare for the next chapter.

I value quiet, positive environments, tend to keep to myself while still being warm and friendly, and truly enjoy the Claremont Village atmosphere since I already have longtime friends, colleagues, and community connections in the area.
