I am looking for a room to rent. It is for me and my kitty cat (only). I am a senior citizen, female. I am quiet and rarely have any company. My family are the only ones that might visit me. And those visits are rare. I am quiet.and mostly stick to myself but would like the company of another person occasionally.. I do not enjoy loud people and loud music. I enjoy sharing what I have with others but do not like to have any of my things stolen, This is my first time applying to a roommate in someones home. I am responsible to pay my rent and bills and have excellent credit. I do not mind if you smoke cannabis but I do not smoke anything nor do any drugs.
